L. Knoedgen, Deutschland, Ransbach, um 1900, Seidel, K\u00fcnstler unbekannt, Werks.-Nr. 459 A, Exemplar Nr. ohne, gemarkt Firmenmarke Hexagramm, in diesem eine Kanne mit Deckel, auf der Kanne JLK (f\u00fcr Jacob Leopold Knoedgen), bei diesem MEK Exemplar nicht lesbar, links das J, in der Mitte das K und rechts das L ligiert, nicht lesbare Buchstaben oder Zahlen geritzt und gepresst sowie 0,5 L. \u00fcber Eichstrich gepresst, 459 A aufgelegt oder mit der Form gegossen, nicht signiert, die Fabrik wurde 1892 von Jacob Leopold Knoedgen (wohl der Sohn des Steinzeugfabrikanten J. A. Knoedgen) in Ransbach gegr\u00fcndet, sie firmierte als Erste Ransbacher Feinsteinzeug-Fabrik J. L. Knoedgen, Jacob Leopold Knoedgen verstarb 1935 und sein Sohn Richard Knoedgen \u00fcbernahm die Fabrik, Richard fimierte wohl wie vor sein Vater, er starb 1969 und sein Sohn Leopold \u00fcbernahm die Fabrik, die Fabrik wurde um 1995 verkauft, die Fabrik besteht noch heute und firmiert als Knoedgen-Keramik J. L. Knoedgen GmbH &#038; Co.
