Guillaume) Gu\u00e9rin (1838-1912) wurde in der N\u00e4he von Limoges geboren und in Porzellantechniken ausgebildet. Nach dem Milit\u00e4rdienst mietete er 1836 eine Porzellandekorationswerkstatt im Faubourg Montjovis (Limoges). Um 1872 \u00fcbernahm Gu\u00e9rin die Porzellanwerkstatt von Lebron &#038; Cie. Firmierung wohl ab da Fabrique de porcelaine W. Gu\u00e9rin &#038; Cie. 1877 kaufte er eine Porzellanfabrik, die Jouhanneaud und Dubois in der Rue du Petit-Tour (Limoges) gegr\u00fcndet hatten und die von Leopold Dubois gef\u00fchrt wurde. Eigent\u00fcmer dieser Fabrik war seit 1867 die Firma Utzschneider. Dieses erweiterte Unternehmen produzierte eine breite Palette von Waren, verkaufte viel Wei\u00dfware und setzte auch die Dekoration fort. Gu\u00e9rins S\u00f6hne William Gu\u00e9rin und Andre Gu\u00e9rin traten 1903 in das Unternehmen ein. 1911 fusionierten W. Gu\u00e9rin &#038; Cie mit der nahe gelegenen  Pouyat Porzellanfabrik. Gu\u00e9rin erwarb 3\/4 von Pouyat. Firmierung ab da Fabrique de porcelaine W. Gu\u00e9rin, J. Pouyat &#038; Cie. William Gu\u00e9rin starb 1912 und seine beiden S\u00f6hne \u00fcbernahmen die Firma. Der Erste Weltkrieg verringerte die Produktion erheblich. 1920 wurden beide Fabriken von Bawo &#038; Dotter Ltd. (Sitz in Montreal) \u00fcbernommen. Bawo &#038; Dotter war bereits Inhaber der Elite-Fabrik in Limoges. Firmierung ab da Fabrique de porcelaine Gu\u00e9rin-Pouyat-Elite Ltd. Carl Bawo war technischer Direktor. Die Marken aller drei Firmen wurden weiterhin verwendet. Die Fabrik wurde 1932 geschlossen und 1933 abgerissen. Tasse H\u00f6he 6,2 cm, Breite 8,5 cm, Teller Durchmesser 13,3 cm<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/museumek.eu\/?attachment_id=55444\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-55444\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
