Er war als Bildhauer um 1900 t\u00e4tig und fertigte u. a. Entw\u00fcrfe f\u00fcr Amphora und die Fabrik von Anton Kessel. Seine Figuren besitzen so hohe Wertsch\u00e4tzung, dass Sie u. a. bei Christie&#8217;s versteigert werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abteilung Austria\/Ungarn\/B\u00f6hmen, Keramik 1860 \u2013 1960, Inventarnummer A\/LXIX\/1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anton Kessel Fabrik plastischer Figuren und Galanteriewaren, B\u00f6hmen\/Austria, Turn-Teplitz\/Trnovany, Teplice, um 1907, B\u00fcste Madonna, K\u00fcnstler Elvir Otto, Werks.-Nr. 304, Exemplar Nr. ohne, gemarkt Firmenmarke als Plakette, auf der Plakette links ein Kessel (wohl dampfender Kessel), daneben AK-Turn (f\u00fcr Anton Kessel in Turn) AK ineinander ligiert, 304 sowie Elvir Otto geritzt, signiert Elvir Otto, Literatur: Volker M\u00f6lle Riessner, Amphora Die Porzellan- und Keramik- Manufaktur in Nordb\u00f6hmen, S. 65\/66, kurze Beschreibung der Fabrik, Seite 66, Postkarte der Fabrik aus dem Jahr 1902 mit Bezeichnung der Fabrik, Seite 67, Abbildung der Firmenmarke im Vergleich zur Amphora Firmenmarke, Seite 175, nochmalige Beschreibung der Fabrik, Seite 193, Marke 7 identisch, 1880 gr\u00fcndete Anton Kessel eine keramische Fabrik in Turn in der Weisskirchlitzer Str. 156, als Kessel am 31.08.1897 verstarb, f\u00fchrte seine Witwe Adelheid Kessel die Fabrik weiter, Adelheid verstarb am 20.06.1908 und Anton Kessels Bruder Rudolf Kessel wurde Eigent\u00fcmer, Rudolf war zu dieser Zeit einer der Inhaber der ber\u00fchmten Amphora Fabrik, am 14.12.1909 meldete die Fabrik Konkurs an und wurde aufgel\u00f6st, H\u00f6he 20,5 cm, Breite 17 cm<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/museumek.eu\/?attachment_id=56633\"
